and Cam may be holding out. None said anything about NIL. However, they all sound like Cam is fully healthy enough to play and has chosen not to play. Talked about Cam extensively between 8:00 and 8:35, maybe at other times too. For those that don't know Frank is a former Ute QB and the color guy on Ute football broadcasts before Scott M. He was very hesitant to say anything that would make Cam, Kyle... look bad, but he sure sounded like he thinks Cam could play. Frank is definitely in the know on Ute football.
