Look the guy may be a crook and none of this is needed. But you don’t know that and neither do I until you actually see the girl. Go get another opinion.

I hate throwing colleagues under the bus, because it’s been done to me but parents and internet know it alls that think they are more educated than me. Don’t assume until you actually see the kid and the pictures. The treatment may be crazy and ridiculous, or it may be 100% warranted. You don’t know and neither do I.

I do agree the buffering solution for $115 is a big red flag, but go and get a second opinion. Just don’t trash the guy when you know nothing about the case.
