That said, I was mostly commenting because stuff like that makes me nervous.

I'm honestly not sure we win that game without the big fake punt. And we already had the needed first down by the time the hold got really blatant. So I would have hated to see the alread-gained first down wiped away by something that helped get an extra 5 yards that weren't nearly as important. I get it's hard in the moment, but if you're blocking a guy past the first down marker on 4th down, don't even risk it.

Like you say, holding COULD be called basically every play, but don't make it easy when the reward isn't enough
