Upon reflection, I think Baylor was a a better team than they showed in the first half.

Key injuries were starting to pile up, especially on the o-line. I think Arod believed that we would eventually get the run game going and be able to milk the clock like in the K-State game. I also think he wanted to limit the potential for turnovers.

The most frustrating part was that there were turnovers anyway. Glad Jake didn’t fumble but his picks weren’t great. The tip was tough but the other was a bad inaccurate throw.
