What is your “why?”
The reason I ask is that there are a lot of sharks pushing people into real estate presenting it as this wonderful “passive income”?
They never tell you about the financial or emotional strains. Real estate isn’t as passive as Bigger Pockets or Grant Cardone are selling it.
To me that alone wouldnt be worth that return.
