So, real question, at what point do we shift our expectations as fans?

At the beginning of the season, I would have been thrilled with any bowl at all. The idea of the pop tarts bowl (outside the playoff, probably the most fun bowl game) against Notre Dame is incredible!

At what point does that stop being incredible because BYU was close to a playoff spot? When do expectations shift to playoff?

Yes, I know, it’s only week five and it needs to be a game at a time, but it’s something I’m thinking about this morning.
