for most opponents and nearly all opponents so far in regulation for a couple opponent, except Wyoming is allowing more points as the team unravels.
Baylor: Buffs with an O that has run all over opponents and likely has 2 early 1st round players on O only out scored BYU in OT and barely. Baylor held 2 opponents to 3 and another to 23. BYU scored 34.
KState: 1 opponent scored 6, 1 scored 7, OSU only managed 20 and the most allowed in a game 27. BYU Scored 38 (not all on O)
SMU: BYU has scored more than most opponents. Nevada, another ranked opponent, barely outscored BYU and TCU out scored BYU.
SIU: BYU dramatically outscored every opponent, but 1.
BYU has scored enough points in every game, except SMU, to expect a win with a reasonable defensive performance. There have been periods in many games where the O has struggled, but every game, except SMU, has had expended periods of offensive brilliance with the 2 best RBs out of most or all of all the games and often 3 or 4 RBs out.
Even adding the center out most of the game and other OL out, the O was great Saturday until the receivers started dropping easy catches in the 2nd half and another drive was stopped by an absurd 15 yd. Penalty.
