I have had some really bad knee pain for about 6 months now. I was told it was bursitis and bad quadricep tendonitis? About 2 months ago my knee swelled pretty bad and there was fluid all around. The hurt knee is still a little bigger and there still feels like there is some fluid there. I have tried therapy, rest, ice, heat, compression, pills..basically everything besides injections and surgery. I have seen a doctor about it..but that was a waste of time imo. Any advice or help you can offer? Thanks!
