That the School kept deferring payments.

Btw I know for a fact this has happened at other schools where a certain amount is promised and then the kid shows up to school and they tell the kid he will still get all of his money but it will be in later payments and not upfront like the kid thought.

This is happening quite a bit and has caused transfers at a lot of schools.

IMO this is a he said she said. Truth probably somewhere in the middle.
