This is shaping up to be similar to the old Mountain West. BYU and Utah, with P4 money and status, are head and shoulders more attractive than any of the long-tenured Big 12 members. UCF I think joins as at the top. Obviously BYU isn't recruiting well enough yet to be a consistent title contender, but the home field advantage is proven at this point. Everyone is going to hate going to Provo and SLC. Both venues are going to ruin more than a few playoff hopefuls in the years to come.
