as the owner you have to dial it in. They came to us with their normal practices offering parking passes and regular patrols. We had to tell them specifically what we wanted and didn't. We didn't want parking stickers and we didn't want to tow the front lot since we had plenty of parking and never had complaints about lack of parking. Their standard practices are very predatory though, I agree with you there. They want to make money and can manipulate owners to make the parking situations at their property sound worse than they are. They were fine with what we wanted though and didn't push back when we said we just wanted them to check our back lot.
