Who has done what she has done? Who consistently pulls the trigger from beyond
30 feet? Has there been another player in the history of the WNBA who has done that? If so please show me.
You and I both know there never has been.
If there had been, we would know about it.
I remember Swoops. Lisa Leslie. Maya Moore. Cooper. These are some of the best players in WNBa history. They were no where near as exciting as CC. They just weren’t. None of them had anywhere close to her range.
Remember the first dunk in WNBA history? She barely got it over the rim. Literally seen 8th graders dunk more cleanly. The whole set up and dunk was painful and the celebration after was emblematic of what the WNBA is. Just not exciting.
But someone who can shoot from 30+ feet? That’s actually interesting.
Someone who dunks like it’s their first time ever and they can barely get the ball over the rim uncontested while they almost fall down afterward? Not exciting.
