This was the smaller problem. It was clear when his foot touched down that the ball was short. (You can use info from 2
different videos to review)
The only valid question was whether his foot touch out of bounds.
Looked like it did, but I guess they didn’t think it met the threshold of “incontrovertible evidence”.
Which brings us to the real question: why did they reverse the call on the field? Ref closest called him short. If that remained the call on the field, it stands in review.
