I’ve never actually heard of someone getting a real doctors note for being sick
I kinda thought it was just a joke or something people fabricate as part of their joke.
But like what you show up to the doctor, cough a little, and they legitimately write a note?

If you send someone home cause they're sick, that's usually a good bet they're actually sick.
