Yeah, he's an ideal source because he is a Pac-12 guy, not a Utah guy
he understands first hand the value a school like Utah contributes as an expansion candidate and he has a decent quant system to evaluate.
Data supporting Utah is easy to find. BYU fans made their case Utah didn't deserve the Big 12...no one listened.
Utah comes in, Yormark calls it a dream scenario. Utes immediately become preseason favorite by the AP, Big 12 media, national media, etc.
How does a school go from not being good enough to join a conference to suddenly becoming one of the premier programs?
