in the office, or on the road. I have lots of employees that I know will perform the same regardless of where they work. Unfortunately, it's impossible to hire only "great" employees, and you can't simply fire everyone who isn't. Most average employees don't work well from home. Too many distractions. We're basically hybrid with most of our employees as we have to offer everyone the same benefit.

These discussions on CB also make me laugh when I see posters claim they work so well from home while posting 20+ times/day on CB.
