I've had and used mine through 3 or 4 Idaho winters now.
Still going strong. I can smoke and sear in ambient temps below zero. I think it's built very solid and sturdy. It holds temps right where you set it, regardless of the outside temp. Wind is the biggest problem. I burn through charcoal faster on a windy 40 degree day than on a still 0 degree day.

One great advantage this has over any pellet grill is that the only moving part is a fan, and even that only blows as needed and is often running very slowly or off completely.. No auger to freeze up or give you any problems.
