Anyone operating FedEx P&D Routes?

I'm considering becoming my own boss, but might be too chicken to start my own business. Buying FedEx routes seems like a slightly safer way to enter business ownership.

Do people actually do alright in this industry? Any thoughts or tips anyone care to share either positive or negative?

My FIL owns some routes. Revenue growth was crazy up through early COVID.

Like any business, key is to get routes in a growing area and to try to scale
