Matthews wasn't even the best on his team when Juergens was healthy (which wasn't enough).

Matthews had 73 rec 922 yds 9TDs in 2014 & 54 rec 737 yds 11TDs in 2015.

Skill? WAY more skill as a WR than Matthews. In routes, hands, but far & away in terms of tracking & fielding the ball.
