If we're going back to 09 based on full season production I'd say
1. AC
2. Hoffman
3. Puka (didn't see him have a full year, unfortunately)
4. Matthews
5. Milne (I mean, his 2020 was exceptional and he actually succeeded in sticking in the NFL for a few years).
Then I'd see Chase - so far - landing in a section with Hifo, Blackmon, Simon and a few others.
That said, I think he will pass Matthews and Milne by the end of next year if Retzlaff continues to improve.
