Here's what needs to change in college football. If the offense subs, a timer
Starts and you have 10-12 seconds to get your subs. Seeing guys jog in, tap a guy, and the guy lumber off for 15 seconds is dumb. If you sub early, defense has to match. If you sub late it doesn't matter because defense gets the same amount of time.
