g$ All-American
roughly $10M in cash and coin
I was an auditor and worked at some of the big casinos in Las Vegas and for the first several years of my career I spent New Years Eve observing the final cash / coin counts of the year for year end testing purposes.

Machine 54896 amount 1,276.25.... Happy New Years!!....Machine 54897 879.75...

They had to use a forklift for all the coin and a large motorized cart for the cash to move them when we were done in the count rooms to move them into the vault. The count rooms were things to behold, the coin counting was pretty cool, a row of coin rolling machines spitting rolled coins onto a conveyor belt and being organized by coin type at the end of the conveyor.

I can say, Oceans 11 way overstated how much cash they have in a casino at one time, and it was pretty much the same cash just being purchased with ATM/Credit card machines, and then being put back into the same machines, night after night.
