Right. But there's a difference between being mean or being bully on a one time
basis and actively making someone's life miserable over a long period of time. That long-term bullying is what I think of.
We all should be nice all the time, but we aren't. I know I'm not. But I think that is inevitable. Real hardcore bullying should not be tolerated.
