There is a home in my neighborhood that was purchased with the intent to remodel
and flip. It's been under construction for over 2 years now. I know there have been multiple cease and desist notices from the town given for unpermitted work. I walk past the house every day.
Based on what I have seen, I wouldn't ever consider purchasing this house.
I wonder how much money they have lost. Here's how that 2+ years of construction looks this morning

Anyone living in it? Maybe it’s not a flip. Maybe they’re just busy or trying to pay as they go doing it themselves.
