I'd be surprised if that wasn't offered, but would you have accepted? I think
this way is better for them than ever joining the MWC. Had they not gotten themselves to a position to keep all the PAC12 booty and assets, they wouldn't have done this. I believe the MWC will be okay, at least for a few years while they fondle all the new money.
