Idaho Falls/Shelley just put in a double roundabout on the freeway exit/entrance with

multiple big truck stops on one side of the freeway and a large trucking company on the other side of the freeway. They designed the roundabouts in a shape that makes it easier for semi's to get around. I think for the most part it works really well.
