I watched him closely on the sideline.
Here are my observations.
1. He didn’t seem upset or worried.
2. He was smiling and joking with teammates.
3. His fingers were merely taped, and at one point he actually used that hand to tap somebody as he was talking.
My conclusion was that it wasn’t serious.
I guess it’s feasible there could have been tendon damage but he sure didn’t look like he was in any kind of pain. Maybe they hit it with some lidocaine.
