I'm surprised that anyone still believes that nonsense.

Full disclosure: I was at the Battalion museum prior to the game discussing with a couple of workers/volunteers how I could get them to fix the misspelled surnames of two Battalion members, my 3rd great grandfather and his brother. The surname spelling differed from their own signatures.

There was a steady flow of people but sign of any uncouth behavior during the couple of hours that I was there. I certainly never saw any "wall of Bishops" or flashing brass knuckles. That tidbit is about as likely to be true as saying they were passing around and toking on a shared joint.
