If you are driving those trucks that much to save that much money in fuel, then no, still not a good investment.

Those things are probably depreciating like mad. I'll say it again: vehicles, even EVs or Nat Gas Vehicles, are NOT good investments. Sure, it's a wise business decision to get energy efficient vehicles.

Sounds like this was a good lesson for both you and your son.
