Have avoided CB after losses for 2-3 days, kind of void days, to preserve my productivity and mental health. I am afraid it has become too acerbic for me, now, even after a win against a decent team. Not sure what has changed, but this used to be my place to hang out and enjoy BYU.

I don’t know when it will be safe to return, sadly. Most of you will say I am not tough enough to be a real fan, and good riddance, etc. If this were a ward, and I was a member, I would be in the dangerously at risk of indefinite inactivity category. Most will not miss me, and many will say good riddance, but I am about to become aCB cypher.

If anyone knows a place where a generally optimistic, hopeful, blue-goggle wearing big fan can go and enjoy hanging out, Board Mail where I can go and have companionship while I enjoy my fanboy time. I don’t look forward to the loneliness that is going to by my companion.

Still a fan, but not likely on CB, after 25 years. Perhaps a break is all I need.
