Last season when he played he threw bad picks, fumbled, missed open receivers
So the word on JR is consistent. He's not showing improvement. Now, to be fair, the offensive game plan, player rotation/utilization, and play calling stink, so I guess it's not 100% on him. But, he is consistently mediocre.
