Magnum be pretty successful in 2015. Taysom seemed scared to run and was struggling with the pass game. Turns out the oc was just real bad. I saw I was completely wrong in 2017 when mangum was atrocious.

Since then, I have been real hesitant to assume the back up qb is better. I haven’t seen the practices and I don’t know what Gerry’s ability is with the limitations of this oc.

Yesterday, I thought we had lost after the second quarter. It was so bad. I figured, we might as well try Gerry and see what he can do.

In other words, I think coaches should start who they think gives them the best chance. if the game is so far gone that we can’t come back, then I think a switch might be appropriate but that is an exception not the rule.
