This is my point about the type of training.It's not the type of training, it's
It's lack of communication and awareness of the gym around you like. I said I've done this in a gym. A public jam and I've always always let everybody around know they can work in. Often I insist if I know that they want to, and if I ever see someone who's doing the same type of workout, and I'm doing a lore rest high rep. Workout, I will ask work in between their rest periods. So the problem is not the type of workout.The problem is communication and not proper gym etiquette and utilization of the equipment.
To be clear, I personally don't use this anymore. I'm at a different stage of lifting and maintenance, but I do understand its effectiveness.And it is a way to do things that is acceptable
