Got downgraded to Comfort+ on a flight a couple of days later, but I was just super happy to have been able to get a seat given everything that happened.

It's worse when it's international, you paid for business, and get downgraded

Is the middle seat comfort+? That is technically an “upgrade.” There is an option to opt out of upgrades to comfort+.

Yep. Fly enough and during the winter and your choices of "next available flight" are later that afternoon in economy
