I was just there last week. Great itinerary.
On #5, pack some portable chargers and use your phones sparingly (turn them off). We took the buses and trains to Machu Picchu. Good luck on the Inca Trail! 🙂
If you can, I'd squeeze in the Catacombs in Lima. Very cool.
