I honestly don’t know. How often in college football to players move forward toward the line of scrimmage during their motion, and when it does happen, how often do refs catch it?

I wouldn't say vertical until later but never levels out that's ridiculous

Probably called a penalty 80% of the time. Pretty uncommon for it to be so obvious and not called.
