Speed, ball skill, seeing the field, finishing, absorbing contact would be much different IMO if the entire team weren't individually trying to adjust to this level of play. Most if not all will rise up as the season progresses. The games will be much more enjoyable for many fans if they focus on growth. These girls were recruited for their abilities. Those abilities are not fully translated to upper level D-1 yet. Not to mention losing Ellie to injury, Sine to injury, Bailey sickness.

The moments when one says, wow these girls can be good will increase. Rockwood has been a great developer and motivator for 2+decades. It will happen again.
