Yeah, that's part of being a coach. They know it and we all know it. Changes do need to happen for the betterment of programs. But I'll never cheer for it. I recognize that it's a necessity at times, and want what's best for the program, which, at the end of the day, usually means coaching changes. But I would never actively cheer for a season to go poorly so that people lose their jobs. That's a sick and pathetic mindset.
