a blessing for BYU fans but I wonder if perhaps maybe it helped mature Taysom to play smarter when he got to the NFL as well better train his body to avoid injuries?
This might sound weird but it seems like like injuries would be more likely to come back from at the college level vs. at the pro level simply for the fact that you got smaller athletes so I would think the amount of injury to the body would be less?
One way that Taysom benefitted from his injuries is he got specialized equipment while still in college and so he got it train with it before making his way to the NFL.
"I have custom-made shoe inserts since surgery and I'll wear those in the offseason, also Nike is building a shoe that gives me more support through the arch and I'll include my orthotics as an insole on top of that," Hill said, via the Deseret News.
"The ones I have already now have been molding to my foot specifically. Nike is building an additional support in my arch as well. I'm part of Nike's research and development and I'm sort of the guinea pig to be a part of it. We are literally exhausting every avenue to recover and to stay healthy and make sure my foot doesn't make limitations.""
