way too much to stay in the city.

Do all the tourist stuff but for sure do the architecture boat tour. That’s so much better than you’d think.

One thing I thought was horrible was their aquarium. Everyone said how good it was. I thought it was one of the most basic and frankly boring aquariums I’d been to.

That city is a lot of fun. Navy Pier at night has a fantastic fireworks show on some evenings. Check the schedule.

How long are you there? Might I suggest renting a car- driving a few hours to Springfield and do the Lincoln Library and town. It’s really great. Hannibal Missouri (I might have town wrong- but it’s on the way) and Mark Twain recreated town, then head to Nauvoo and do all the church stuff.

It’s all worth it. The drive is about 4 hours each way from Chicago as I recall.
