2 Steve …his impact is on and off the field
Probably had more impact after BYU.

3 Jimmy Mac …some of his impact is not embraced by all, but there was definitely major impact …. might be BYU‘s best football player ever while at BYU, but he still has impact after leaving BYU….Alpha Dawg

4 Ty …you could make good arguments to place him higher…. might be BYU‘s best football player while at BYU …..winning the Heisman doesn’t necessarily mean he is the best player that played at BYU, but he might be. There are others that should have won the Heisman. Ty won it because others paved the way but he still won it.

5 this one is not as easy……you could clearly make an argument for Taysom Hill having 5th most impact of anyone in BYU football …. this one is not a slam dunk…. honestly, Andy Reid should probably go here. Andy Reid winning Super Bowls with KC and going to the Super Bowl with Philadelphia, impacts BYU BIG TIME. Taysom Hill and Andy Reid are both still working on their resume.

Marc Wilson, Giff, John Beck, Chad Lewis, VS, and I’m sure there are many others that could be considered for that five spot

I really think the first four are easy. Taysom Hill is not ridiculous for number five/six. Much of his impact comes with the Saints…..and it still has a major impact on BYU football.
