put me in the surgery camp was my kids, especially my daughter on her mission. My kids all love our dogs probably more than they love me. 🙂

Also, Pinky has always been very active and healthy and the doctor said at her age she would handle the surgery well and could give her another 3-5 years with us. Had she been more sick or had health issues already we would have most likely put her down as her recovery and getting back to healthy would have been unlikely.
