I think this is skewed. Alabamas will get best high schoolers. They will win 70% plus. A Missouri (I’m guessing) doesn’t get the same level of recruit as the top-
The new system is pay for play. If you’re good and you’re sitting at Ohio St- a Minn can offer and pay to get you. That’s better than getting the high schooler.
