They don't have to pay for school, or deal with professors who are lying in interviews about their beliefs and then saying different things in the classroom, and using their affiliation with BYU as an appeal to authority.

I'd be highly surprised if they purchase another physical campus (especially on with over 10K students) in the next 50 years
