At what point is it systemic with Utah? After the byu urinal cakes? Liquor shots
In sacrament cups? Signs mocking garments at the games? At what point should alufs care enough to say something to the athletic department that they support financially through ticket sales or otherwise?
If you could tell us when this could be defined as systemic, that would be good to know.
