recruits to BYU? Like I said, I think it's a given that BYU is more than capable of being competitive on the NIL front. It also doesn't mean that BYU is simply getting recruits by outspending every other program. It means they are able to spend similarly on their top targets to the point that lack of NIL compensation isn't going to be the reason that they DON'T come to BYU but that other factors are also at play at selling the recruits on BYU.
