I had a trip of about 36 hours
Not all flights, though. It was from a reserve in the Amazon:
1. Got paddled across a lake
2. Short hike through the jungle
3. River boat up a tributary of the Amazon
4. Bus to jungle airport to board a puddle jumper
5. Flights to Cusco, Lima, Dallas, then my final US destination, with layovers in between

Travel time was 36 hours, 2 stops, and what was supposed to be 3 hours of layovers. Picked up an extra 1.5 hours
