Judge ruled to grant our motion to consolidate. So I guess that’s a bit of a victory. It’s the second time that the judge has ruled in our favor on motions. So we are two out of two. The plaintiff filed a motion to dismiss our counterclaim and that was denied and this is the second motion to go before the judge, and she ruled in our favor! I think there are three or four other motions that will imminently be scheduled to go before the judge, and I suspect the judge will rule in our favor on all of them.
