1/3? The OP involves a lot of B12 venues, and Utah is in the top half of B12
venues, size-wise. Additionally, if you're talking demand, Utah's home attendance last year was 6th highest in conference (52,499), selling out every game, while only 2 schools had home attendance of more than 54,491. And neither of those 2 were anywhere close to the 1/3 figure you're using.
