I really hope I win 1 million bucks

It’s ridiculous to hope for Kalani to have more job security. What you should hope for is that he can find an identity and a vision and the tools and know how to be able to assembl a competent staff and lead them in making their vision a reality.

If he does that, he will have security and will deserve it
